The key to receiving feedback is to master the art of LISTENING.
As a product designer, that means listening to your client's needs and your user's pains.

I learned this as a stand-up comedian. While you're on stage delivering jokes and the mouth is yapping, to understand what works and what doesn't, your ears have to be listening all the time. That's how you get better. That's the beauty of stand-up, it's always evolving, always growing, and the audience is a big part of that.

And as a product designer, I can tell you that the same is true. You gotta listen to the client, understand their goals, and deliver solutions that make a real impact for their customers. That's what separates the good from the great. And the feedback from the client that's the roadmap to getting there. It's all about listening, understanding, and delivering results.

In both comedy and product design, feedback from the audience or a user serves as a mirror, reflecting one's growth and offering opportunities for further expansion. It is through this process of introspection and self-reflection that one can evolve and elevate their craft.
