Don’t conform to how other people think, work and communicate. It will only make you feel unhappy, and it leads to depression.
You are who you are with your set of values, your guiding principles and personal truths.
Changing that to fit into a workplace or a culture – from experience, I can tell you – it’s the worst thing you can do for your mental health and well-being.
Give it some time and effort, and work on finding your tribe who will be compatible with who you are, and you will achieve harmony and productivity that just doesn’t exist in a negative environment.
